I have known Emma since high school! We were close friends and on the dance team together! It was so special to be a part of her wedding day! Emma and Jake met a few years ago- they hung out at Bradford Beach together, but their relationship really sparked at a Nelly concert.. Emma said it must’ve been something about the tin foil on her teeth as a pretend grill that Jake really fell in love with.

Emma and Jake have been doing the long distance thing for a little while now- Jake is a college basketball coach in Alabama and Emma is a teacher here in Wisconsin. Emma planned most of the wedding on her own since they have been apart so much- and let me tell you, she did an AMAZING job. Everything was beautiful!!! From the pink floral and bridesmaid dresses, to the gorgeous center pieces built by Emma’s dad- everything came together perfectly!
