Amy & Tanner – A Trillium Creek Wedding
Amy and her girls were finishing up hair and makeup when I arrived. I stole her dress and gorgeous details for some pretty photographs. She had a gorgeous necklace and ring that belonged to her Grandmother, as well as the best wedding shoes I’ve seen yet!!! (Kate Spade for Keds white sparkly sneakers!!) Her flowers were AMAZING!!! Beautiful lavender purple and green succulents. Ah, they were to die for!
Soon enough it was time for the first look! I could tell how excited both Tanner and Amy were for this moment! Although the wind ripped Amy’s long veil out of her hair right before she walked to him….the first look was perfect!!!
I love first looks! It allows so much more portrait time for the couple! We were able to do all the couple portraits and bridal party photos before the ceremony!!
Their ceremony took place under a beautiful hand made birch wooden arch! The pastor shared many kind and inspiring words, and the couple braided three strands together- a very common thing this wedding season!! Soon enough, Amy and Tanner shared their first kiss as husband and wife!!!
The rest of the night was filled with friends, family, love, and laughter. From the stories the best man and maid of honor shared in their speeches, to the crazy moves happening on the dance floor! It was a beautiful day!!!
